Join our professional guides for a full day of exploration in the spectacular mountains of Sun Valley. Whether you’d like to tour along a remote alpine ridge, learn avalanche awareness skills, ski the steep and deep, or take your mountaineering skills to the next level, our guides are here to help create your ultimate day in the backcountry. Our guides have an intimate knowledge of the vast mountains surrounding Sun Valley as well as the current snow and avalanche conditions, allowing us to take you to the best skiing on any given day.
What is provided:
● AMGA certified and/or trained guide
● Guides will be carrying a first aid kit, navigation equipment, skin wax/scraper, inReach satellite device, repair kit, bivy/rescue sled and survival supplies
What you need:
Mountaineering Gear:
● Ski Crampons (compatible with your bindings)
● Boot Crampons (discuss with your guide)
● Ice Axe
● Helmet
● Harness (skimo specific)
● Carabiners, slings, etc. (guide will determine)

1 GUEST $675/DAY
2 GUESTS $375/PERSON
3 GUESTS $285/PERSON
4-5 GUESTS $225/PERSON
*Guest to Guide ratio is 5:1 | 3:1 for roped climbing

***Guide gratuity not included. As part of the service industry, it is customary to tip your guide(s) if you are happy with their service and should reflect a level of excellence in the service. If you choose to tip, 10-20% of the total trip fee is standard and cash/Venmo is the preferred method.
Additional Services:
Snowmobile Assist: Allows us to bump your group out further into more remote areas, avoiding higher use areas, finding fresh tracks and better conditions. This is an infill to a remote location from where the group embarks on your day our ski mountaineering and then we bring you back out at the end of the day via snowmobile.
Defender/Side-by-Side: $100/PERSON (MAX 5, $400 MIN.)
Snowmobile: $50/PERSON ($200 MIN.)
